Welcome to Heat Care. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they outline the expectations and obligations between you (the customer) and Heat Care.
1. Services Offered Heat Care provides repair, maintenance, and installation services for ovens, heaters, and hot water units at customers’ premises. All services are provided in compliance with Australian standards and safety regulations.
2. Quotations
All services will be quoted in advance based on the information provided by the customer.
The quote will include a breakdown of labor, parts, and any additional fees.
Once the quote is accepted by the customer, it becomes a binding agreement. Any changes to the scope of work after acceptance may result in additional charges.
3. Booking and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or any other method specified during the booking process.
If payment is not made within the agreed time, Heat Care reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 10% per month.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
All services performed by Heat Care are guaranteed to be of high quality, and we stand by the work performed.
Any parts supplied come with the manufacturer’s warranty, and we will assist in facilitating any claims.
If a service issue arises, please contact us within a reasonable time so that we may rectify the problem.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACCC). This includes services that are not performed with due care, are not fit for their intended purpose, or do not meet the agreed standards.

7. Liability
Heat Care will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
We take no responsibility for any pre-existing damage to appliances, infrastructure, or premises that may be discovered during the course of our work.
8. Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to provide access to the premises at the agreed time for the service to be carried out.
Any delays caused by the customer (e.g., inability to access the premises) may result in additional charges.
9. Privacy Policy
Heat Care respects your privacy and will only collect and store personal information necessary to provide the service. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or for warranty purposes.

10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
